Try adding workouts the target your chest area into your workout routine. Things like chest presses, triangle pushups, etc… It will really help :) (thank you xx)

Perfect weeks don’t exist for anyone, they just dont. And you stopped a binge which in itself is a success so good job with that! Maybe you did over eat, but its just food. Let it go, forget about it, no reason to feel guilty about it at all xx

Does your gym have private showers somewhere maybe? I understand the scar struggle… Maybe try and find a time where the least amount of people are there and shower really quickly? A short 2 minute shower should be enough to just rinse your body off quick. Or maybe bring like an acne face wipe and use it on your back after the gym and then shower when you get home…? Sorry I’m not really sure what to do, I hope this helps you! xx
